Project: Soil Remediation, Copenhagen (2019–2022)

The client, based in Copenhagen, operated a facility that received and treated contaminated soil using biological remediation methods.

Challenge:
The soil contained between 1–2% oil (10,000–20,000 ppm), and the target was to reduce the oil content to below 0.01% (<100 ppm). Following discussions with the client, the required remediation capacity increased from the initial 40,000 metric tons to a total of 130,000 metric tons.

Solution:
Ennox Technology designed, manufactured, and delivered a full-scale soil remediation unit to the site in Denmark. The system met the required performance standards and supported large-scale, sustainable soil treatment operations.
