Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps (AODD) are a reliable and versatile solution for transferring a wide range of fluids, including chemicals, wastewater, sludge, oils, and abrasive or viscous media. Powered entirely by compressed air, these pumps require no electrical connection, making them ideal for hazardous and ATEX-classified environments.

 

Available in sizes from 1/4" to 3", the pump range offers flow capacities up to 900 L/min, operating pressures up to 8 bar, and self-priming suction lifts of up to 5 meters. Depending on the model, the pumps can handle solids up to 10 mm, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial processes.  

 

Manufactured in a variety of materials, including PP, conductive PP, PVDF, conductive PVDF, Aluminum, and AISI 316 Stainless Steel, the pumps provide excellent resistance to corrosive and abrasive fluids. Their robust diaphragm design allows dry-run operation without damage, while the simple construction ensures low maintenance and long service life.
