Compact treatment unit
The Compact Treatment Unit (CTU) is a containerized system designed for the treatment of slop water and produced water in offshore environments. It utilizes a multi-stage separation process that includes coagulation, flocculation, and dissolved air flotation (DAF), supported by automated dosing pumps and a control system for precise process management.
The system is built to achieve stringent Oil-in-Water (OIW) discharge limits — typically below 10 ppm — and can handle flow capacities of up to 20 m³/h or more, depending on configuration. Automation and integrated monitoring systems provide real-time control of key parameters such as pH, turbidity, and oil concentration, ensuring consistent and compliant performance.
Designed for robustness, mobility, and efficiency, Ennox CTUs are delivered as containerized units for easy transport and rapid deployment. Whether used as a standalone treatment system or integrated into a larger process, they provide a proven, compact solution for effective separation and purification of oily and contaminated water streams.
